Art/ist Round-up #2

Shining a spotlight on the NFT art and artists I am loving this week.

Good morning everyone and welcome to this week’s edition of Art/ist Round-up.

My 5 discoveries, in no particular order, are:

1. 'The Musician' by goldcat
   
   It shames me to say it, but the art of goldcat has been a recent discovery. I was immediately struck by the composition and emotionality of this painting, there is a story being told here, and I want to know more.
   
   This piece falls into the “If only I had the ETH” category.

2. ‘Spores’ by Vebjørn Isaksen
   
   I saw this piece in a post from Vebjørn and was immediately struck by its beauty. I love the pared back use of colour and the simplicity of the composition. No idea if this piece has been minted, or listed, but I love it!

4. ‘Animals’song’ by AmirRahatiarts
   
   Following the surrealism aesthetic, this piece came up in my feed and instantly caught my attention. A wonderful open edition that I was pleased to add to my collection. The addition of a music file is also cool.

5. ‘Singing to you, my flower’ by Sara Di Lella
   
   I love the vibrancy in this painting and the balance of colours. As the title suggests, this piece sings, and the harmony is beautiful.
